About Skywings

Skywings is the official magazine of the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association and is published monthly in full colour to inform, educate and entertain those in the sport of free flying (hang gliding, paragliding, powered hang gliding and paramotoring). Skywings is distributed by mail to every known free-flight pilot in the British Isles (approx. 8,500) and by subscription to other pilots and organisations around the world. Usual print run is approx. 8,000. Skywings is the only magazine dedicated to free flying in Great Britain.

Editorial content
Skywings magazine publishes up-to-date national and international news from the world of free-flying, features on related sports equipment, new product reviews, aircraft tests, competition reports, interviews with personalities within the sport, safety advice, pilot's discussion forum and lots more! All editorial material is from voluntary contributors. The views expressed in the magazine are not necessarily those of the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association, their Council, Officers or Editor.
